We’ve all been on video calls where someone looks and sounds really bad.
Whether they’re looking up into the camera or looking down, rather than straight on, or look like they’re in a dimly lit cheap hotel, or nothing but a silhouette, or perhaps they sound like they’re talking in a bathroom on the other side of the door, it all adds up to making it difficult to listen to what they’re saying or worse, they coming across as unprofessional.
